         Born in Scotland, Susie started her yoga path at eight years old. She was first taught Iyengar and took classes through her teens. However, due to living a very stressful life in a high energy environment, Susie was diverted from this path for a couple of years. She came back into yoga practice and has enjoyed being back on the path since, and decided to join her mother and sister in becoming yoga teachers. Susie enjoys teaching the alignment-orientated Iyenger and the adaptiveness of Viniyoga. She often merges yoga traditions together and is dedicated to teaching yoga to students of all levels.

Creating great emphasis on technique and encouraging students to break through barriers and bring to the mat their full potential and to empower themselves as individuals."

Yoga Classes with Susie Masters

Monday morning Yoga 9:30 - 11:00AM

 

Mixed Level

Classes are suitable for the beginning yoga student while challenging the more experienced practitioner to go deeper into the practice. This level provides a supportive environment in which beginning students can learn the foundations of a yoga practice, yogic breathing, movement, proper alignment in the postures and meditation.

Class Fees::16.00 per class and 80.00 for a 5 class pass

 

Saturday morning Yoga 9:30 - 11:00AM

Mixed Level

Classes are suitable for the beginning yoga student while challenging the more experienced practitioner to go deeper into the practice. This level provides a supportive environment in which beginning students can learn the foundations of a yoga practice, yogic breathing, movement, proper alignment in the postures and meditation.

Class Fees: $80 for 6 week session or $16 for drop in
