Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:15PM in the Meditation Hall

Through a series of gentle stretches, breathing exercises and supported poses, the body is coaxed into deep release and relaxation. This is the practice of undoing and just being, and allowing the yoga to “do you.” Only when you completely let go of tension and stress is there space for new energy to flow in and fill you up! Raven also incorporates short, individual Reiki treatments into her class.

This is a wonderful class for anyone who needs to re-charge before their work week. It’s also a great class for anyone in recovery from injury or surgery. All poses are supported with blankets and bolsters; there is some gentle movement along with guided mediations and a long savasana. Come to relax, de-stress, and heal.Join Raven in the Meditation Hall for a drop-in class – all are welcome.  No experience necessary.  Emphasis is on breathwork, gentle movement, deep releasing in supported poses, yoga nidra, meditation and chanting.
