Patricia (Patri) Chilangwa
200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher
Patricia started her yoga journey in 2000, and she has never looked back. She is particularly interested in yoga for healthy aging, and is passionate about sharing the many benefits of this healing practice with others. Her classes are designed to promote physical wellbeing and inner balance through conscious breathing, mindful movement, and simple meditative practices.
Patricia has a Psychology Degree from Boston College and is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Mindfulness Studies at Lesley University. She lives in Westwood with her husband and three children.

Improve strength, flexibility, and balance as you establish a deeper mind-body connection through conscious breathing and mindful movement. Classes include an accessible yoga flow to build stamina, gentle stretching poses to increase flexibility, and simple meditation practices to access inner peace. Modifications are offered throughout class to accommodate students of all abilities. Yoga is for anyone who wants to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Newcomers are always welcome!
