Patricia (Patri) Chilangwa
Patri began her yoga journey in the year 2000 and she has never found anything quite like it. Throughout the years, her yoga practice has evolved beyond the physical aspect to include yoga philosophy, Ayurveda principles, and meditation. Aa a powerful union of mind, body and spirit, yoga has been an invaluable tool in her life. Patri’s classes will integrate an accessible vinyasa flow, mindfulness, and intention to promote physical wellbeing and inner balance. Her goal is to teach a sustainable yoga practice that can serve as a healing pause from the stressful demands of modern life.
Patricia has a Psychology Degree from Boston College and is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Mindfulness Studies at Lesley University. She tries to apply the best of yoga to her daily life as a wife, as a mother, and as a volunteer. Whenever possible, she loves to travel with her family anywhere warm. Patri is passionate about her work with global non-profit organizations that help improve the lives of women in developing countries.
