Mary Keohane Foundation Flow Yoga Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:45

Mary Keohane

Tuesday Foundation Flow Yoga 9:30 to 10:45

As a licensed physical therapist, I was first drawn to yoga, in 2002, because of the complexity of alignment and the therapeutic benefits of fusing breath with movement.  I was quickly surprised at how the benefits of my practice came into play off of the mat in my daily life. In my years studying this practice I have honed in on the benefits of using my breath to stay present and find stillness, even in the most trying personal times. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification through Open Doors and I would like to thank all the wonderful teachers who have been so giving of themselves during this journey. I hope to teach my students the principles of proper alignment, the beauty of combining breath and movement and the stillness and strength that can be found on their mats.

$15 drop in

$10 students, seniors, veterans or public safety workers (fire, police, EMTs, etc)

Or a $120 for a 10 class pass

She will accept cash or check made out to the designated instructor at time of class

To register or for more information you can contact Mary (617) 803-1858 or
