Eileen Hevert - Yoga and Wellness 9:30- 10:30 Thursday mornings

Eileen learned and teaches that the breath is the key to the present moment and if we can be present then we can
find more stability and enjoyment in our day-to-day lives. Eileen’s classes make more space in
your mind, and in your body you will leave here classes feeling more peaceful, fluid, and
stronger.
The wellness part of her classes have to do with the science of yoga or Ayurveda where
she focuses on diet, lifestyle and traditional holistic healing systems for your life. Eileen brings in
the philosophy of yoga or as she calls it the secrets of yoga!

Eighteen years ago Eileen Hevert was sold on Yoga in her first class when the teacher
said,“it’s a breath practice and if you just lay on your mat for the next hour with conscious breath
that’s yoga.” At that time, Eileen was an Equestrian trainer and all she wanted to do was lay on
her mat and rest from a long day with the horses and students. Today you can hear her
repeating those exact same words in her classes and always offer people that same choice to
just practice the conscious breath in any position that feels comfortable. Eileen learned and
teaches that the breath is the key to the present moment and if we can be present then we can
find more stability and enjoyment in our day-to-day lives. Eileen’s classes make more space in
your mind, and in your body you will leave here classes feeling more peaceful, fluid, and
stronger.
