Creative Yoga with Carol Nelson

Saturday December 16th 2017

10 to 1pm

I cordially invite you to join me for a different kind of yoga experience. An invitation to a special place where silence and slowness, gravity and breath are our guides on an inward journey. A Creative Intuitive Yoga suitable for everyone.

Discover a stress-free way of practicing where the connection between the earth and your body becomes the central focus.  In an effortless dance of gravity and breath, we awaken to the intelligence of the body.

This is a creative approach to the classical yoga tradition.  The emphasis is on understanding a way of practicing that applies to all positions and daily living. In settling down into a comfortable way of being, the yoga is revealed.

Yoga practice to stretch your mind and spiritual inquiry to loosen your soul.

$60 for 3 hour class.
